For Corporate Affairs

Limited seats available

An immersive executive bootcamp combining crisis leadership and practical AI capability for today’s workplace.

One day.
Two essential capabilities.
Three opportunities to learn.

Crafted for today’s leadership challenges

Today’s corporate affairs and communication leaders are navigating two major realities at once: business disruption and rapidly evolving technology. This bootcamp is designed to help professionals build practical capability in both

Unlike traditional training programs, this is not a day of passive presentations or theoretical discussions. Participants will:

  • Through a live crisis simulation, navigate fast-moving scenarios, make decisions under pressure, manage competing priorities, and sharpen their communications and leadership instincts.

  • Explore how AI can be used as a practical tool to support communications, workflow efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and faster decision-making in an increasingly complex environment, while keeping human judgment in the lead.

This is not theory. It is practical, hands-on learning designed to help professionals build confidence, capability, and readiness.

Why this bootcamp

You'll leave with:

  • Practical crisis decision-making tools

  • Greater confidence leading through uncertainty

  • Actionable ways to integrate AI into workflows and decision-making

  • Tools, frameworks, and feedback you can immediately apply in your role

  • A network of peers facing similar challenges

The bootcamp is designed for flexibility. Register for a single session or attend both—whichever best aligns with your goals.

Why now?

Organizations are navigating constant disruption while AI is rapidly reshaping work. Leaders need practical capability—not theory.

Who It's For

Built for professionals who are...

  • Managing communications, crisis, or organizational change

  • Need to make decisions in fast-moving or high-pressure environments

  • Responsible for strategy, operations, or transformation

  • Want practical, not theoretical, AI skills for the workplace

  • Lead teams, functions, or organizational responses during critical moments

  • Want to build confidence before a real crisis occurs

The program is ideal for communications and corporate affairs professionals who want to strengthen their ability to think strategically under pressure, improve decision-making in fast-moving environments, and better understand how AI can support communications, preparedness, and day-to-day work.

No technical AI experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn through experience.

Crisis Simulation

Morning session

Facilitated by Scott Davies

Participants will be immersed in a live, evolving crisis environment where new information, stakeholder pressures, and operational challenges emerge throughout the experience.

Working in small teams, participants will make decisions under pressure, respond to emerging developments, and adapt as the situation escalates.

The experience concludes with a facilitated debrief that highlights key learnings, response strengths, and areas for improvement.

Scenarios may include issues such as:

  • Media scrutiny and reputational pressure

  • Employee misconduct or internal escalation

  • Operational disruptions or safety incidents

  • Product recalls or quality concerns

  • Cybersecurity or data-related events

  • Activist, community, or stakeholder pressure

  • Environmental or facility-related incidents

  • Executive leadership and communications challenges

The goal of the simulation is simple: strengthen crisis judgment, sharpen decision-making, and build confidence before a real crisis occurs.

AI Workshop

Afternoon session

Facilitated by Kristine Grow

AI is everywhere, and leaders are still trying to make sense of what it means for their work. This session is a practical, candid conversation about how to think about AI: what it’s good at, where it falls short, and how to use it to support your work rather than complicate it.

We’ll explore real examples, test prompts, and talk through the questions communicators and executives are wrestling with:

  • Where can AI genuinely create capacity?

  • When does it introduce risk or rework?

  • How do you keep your brand voice and authenticity at the center?

This isn’t technical training. It’s about building clearer thinking in a world where AI is now part of the landscape.

Participants will:

  • Identify low‑risk, high‑value use cases for their own work

  • Practice pressure‑testing AI’s answers to model good judgment

  • Explore where human expertise matters most

  • Build a simple, usable mental model for how AI fits into their workflow

You’ll leave with a sharper sense of what AI can do for you and how to use it to free you to do more of the work only humans can do.
